When is an order ready for printing?

As a rule, the order is ready for printing as soon as we have received all PDF data from you in accordance with our specified specifications. In exceptional cases, additional documents, dummies, permits, or approvals may be required from you. However, we will notify you as soon as this becomes apparent to us.

If prepayment / a down payment has been agreed upon, the order is only ready for printing once the corresponding amount has been received by us. You will receive a corresponding order confirmation and invoice within a maximum of 4 hours (Mo-Fr, excluding public holidays, 9:00-17:30 Uhr) after the print data check. For Express and Super Express orders, the print data check and the corresponding invoicing take place (Mo-Fr, excluding public holidays, 9:00-17:30 Uhr) within a maximum of one hour.

For online transfers, a screenshot of the payment instruction can also be accepted as provisional confirmation of payment by prior arrangement with us.
